The Inspector
All inspections are conducted by Andre Quarles. Andre has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He has earned certificates of completion in Home Inspection from the College of Southern Maryland and Kaplan Professional Schools, Inspection Training Associates. He has also received certificates of achievement in heating and air conditioning from Amtek Engineering. Andre has performed over 1000 purchaser inspections during his inspection career. He is best known for his thorough inspections and professional demeanor. Andre is also an accredited visual lead inspector for the State of Maryland.
